Join Auto-Chlor and grow a territory across Atlantic City to Philadelphia through in-person, relationship-driven sales. This is a true hunter outside sales role focused on cold calling, building connections, and closing new business. This role offers strong earning potential and long-term growth. What You'll Gain
- Expected first-year earnings typically range from $80,000-$100,000 annually. Top performers can expect to earn between $100,000 to $110,000 in their first year.
- Base salary: $42,000 annually + uncapped commission (with guaranteed commission paid during first 3 months of training)
- Company vehicle provided (fuel, maintenance, and insurance covered)
- Paid Vacation & Holidays: 6 company-observed holidays + 1 floating holiday, up to 80 hours of accrued PTO and 40 hours sick time in your first year.

In this role, you will:
- Make 20 to 30 in-person cold calls every day.
- Build a strong prospect pipeline.
- Lease our dish washing machines, cleaning systems, and service programs.
- Work closely with our service teams to ensure new accounts launch successfully.
- Take ownership of your numbers, territory, and activity plan.
