The Restaurant Executive Chef is in charge of the Stella Van Buren restaurant outlet, located in the Westin Milwaukee hotel in downtown Milwaukee. The Restaurant Executive Chef is trained and knowledgeable in running the daily operations of an upscale Italian American Steakhouse and is able to oversee the entire operation in conjunction with Stella Van Buren's General Manager.
