About the Role
As a Restaurant Floor Manager, you will play an active, hands-on role in daily operations, including:
- Leading the floor and ensuring smooth, efficient service
- Supporting guests and team members with a positive, solutions-focused approach
- Expediting food and maintaining strong communication with the kitchen
- Monitoring service flow and overall guest satisfaction
- Training, coaching, and developing FOH staff
- Managing inventory and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Representing Pack's Tavern with professionalism and pride
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
- Comfortable learning and using POS systems
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and assist with light lifting as needed
We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, dependable, and leads by example-someone who can step in, take ownership, and support both FOH and BOH as one team.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: $60,000+ (DOE)
- Paid vacation:
- 2 weeks after 1 year
- 3 weeks after 3 years
- 4 weeks after 5 years
