A growing, high‑volume casual dining brand is seeking a hands‑on Head Coach (General Manager)—a people‑first leader who thrives on coaching teams, running strong kitchen operations, and driving consistent results.

The Role
As Head Coach, you’ll own the full restaurant operation—people, performance, and profit—at a high‑volume location in a core, established market.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop a team of 30–60 team members
• Coach and manage salaried managers and supervisors
• Own BOH and kitchen execution
• Drive accountability, cost control, and guest experience
• Set the tone on the floor through visible, hands‑on leadership
Ideal Background
• GM or senior management experience in high‑volume casual dining, fast food, or contract dining
• Strong BOH and kitchen leadership
• Confident, direct communicator comfortable managing conflict
• Passion for training, developing, and holding teams accountable
Hotel and country‑club experience is not a fit.
Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $70,000–$85,000
• Monthly Bonus: 2.5% of restaurant EBITDA
• Medical: 100% employer‑paid PPO for employee and family
