What You'll Do:

• Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including service, staffing, and execution
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to achieve outstanding performance

• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
• Manage labor, inventory, and operational costs to maximize profitability

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or strong restaurant leader
• Experience managing high-volume quick service or fast casual operations preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Knowledge of labor management, food costs, and daily restaurant operations
