Position: Restaurant General Manager / FOH Manager
Location: Onalaska, TX
Pay: $50,000–$60,000 annually DOE

We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager or strong Front of House Manager for a high-volume restaurant environment in Conroe, TX.
This position is ideal for someone with leadership experience in restaurant operations, front of house management, bar operations, and customer service. Mid-level managers with strong FOH and bar experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and high service standards
- Supervise front of house staff and shift operations
- Process payroll and assist with scheduling
- Complete weekly P&L reporting
- Work with Excel spreadsheets and restaurant reporting systems
- Handle employee relations and basic HR issues
- Ensure orders and service are completed in a timely manner
- Maintain staffing and support high-volume shifts
- Assist with bar and FOH operations as needed
Requirements
- Restaurant management experience preferred
- Strong front of house experience required
- Bar experience is a plus
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and peak-volume shifts
- Comfortable with Excel and administrative tasks
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
