What You'll Lead


Champion an Unmatched Guest Experience

  • Create a culture where personalized hospitality and exceptional service are the expectation—not the exception.

  • Own the restaurant's financial performance, including sales growth, profitability, labor management, food and beverage costs, and operating expenses.
  • Analyze business trends and key performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Develop strategies that drive guest satisfaction, team engagement, operational efficiency, and long-term profitability.
  • Partner with culinary and leadership teams to maximize revenue while protecting the integrity of the guest experience.


Protect Brand Standards

  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation, health regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain the highest standards of facility presentation, organization, and operational readiness.
  • Safeguard the restaurant's reputation by consistently delivering excellence in every area of the business.


What You Bring

  • 5+ years of General Manager or senior operational leadership experience in an upscale, luxury, or fine dining restaurant.
  • Demonstrated success leading high-volume, service-driven restaurants with exceptional guest satisfaction scores.
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor, P&L performance, and cost controls.
  • Proven ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing management teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of fine dining service standards, wine and beverage programs, and luxury hospitality.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment while maintaining composure and leading with confidence.
