Job Summary ------------

As a Restaurant General Manager at Taco Bell, you will take ownership in the operations of the store by providing leadership, training, and consistent decision-making skills while taking the initiative to recruit dedicated staff and generate increased sales/profits at the store.

Responsibilities ----------------

• Provide leadership, training, and consistent decision-making skills to ensure the success of the store
• Recruit and retain dedicated staff to drive sales and profits
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Manage store operations, including inventory, labor, and customer service

Requirements ------------

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment
• Strong preference for internal promotion
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must pass background check
• Must have reliable transportation
