We are partnering with a company who is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations for a well-established restaurant concept in Honolulu.

What You'll DoLead Restaurant Operations- Oversee all daily restaurant operations
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance
- Ensure exceptional quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Maintain a safe, compliant, and guest-focused environment
Deliver Outstanding Guest Experiences- Create memorable customer experiences that build loyalty
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively
- Review customer feedback and implement service improvements
- Lead by example in hospitality and customer service
Develop and Inspire Your Team- Recruit, interview, hire, coach, and develop employees
- Create a positive, engaged, and high-performing workplace culture
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor utilization
- Conduct performance evaluations and support employee growth
Drive Business Results- Analyze restaurant performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Control labor and operating costs
- Implement action plans and marketing initiatives to increase revenue
- Partner with leadership on operational goals and reporting
What We're Looking For- 3+ years of restaurant management experience
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, labor, and food cost control
- Proven ability to improve customer service and operational performance
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications- Bilingual Japanese/English
- Experience in ramen or Asian restaurant concepts
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
