What You'll Lead
You'll oversee the day-to-day operation of a successful restaurant while building a culture guests love and employees want to be part of.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing managers and hourly team members
- Creating an exceptional guest experience every day
- Driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence
- Managing labor, food cost, and financial performance
- Recruiting, coaching, and retaining top talent
- Building a positive, accountable culture
- Partnering with ownership to improve systems and grow the business
