Our client is looking for a high-energy, battle-tested General Manager to take the reins of a location that is currently in High Demand in NE Philadelphia

This isn't a "business as usual" role; this is a high-volume, high-stakes environment where the community is already at the door.
         Key Responsibilities:
  • Master the flow of a high-demand floor. You will be responsible for maintaining service excellence and brand standards during peak volumes.
  • Initially managing the existing staff, you will have the unique mandate to recruit, hire, and train a full management team to support long-term growth.
  • Manage prime costs (labor and COGS) with precision to ensure the "high demand" translates into high profitability.
  • Foster a resilient, fast-paced culture where staff feel supported and guests will return again and again based on their top-tier dining experience.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in high-volume restaurant or hotel management. You thrive when the pressure is on and the line is out the door.
  • The ability to pivot quickly as leadership transitions and the business evolves.
  • Strong experience with P&L statements, inventory management, and labor scheduling.
  • Despite the flurry of a high-demand site, you never lose sight of the guest experience.
