These roles oversee daily operations and inspire teams of 10-45 amazing Taco Bell crew members. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of management experience and a passion for delivering out-of-this-world customer service and boosting profitability. The positions feature a 50-hour work week with a competitive salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per year, plus sweet perks like paid time off, free meals, a killer bonus program, 401(k) matching, and health insurance. Key responsibilities include directing, training, and developing Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Team Members, managing food safety, guest service, inventory, and equipment, and crushing restaurant budgets, sales, and profit goals.
