Restaurant General Manager

**Job Description**

**PURPOSE OF YOUR WORK*

As a member of the Corporate Field Operations team, you will be responsible for executing the restaurant's goals by achieving sales and profit targets while providing excellent service to both Guests and Team members. The General Manager oversees the entire restaurant to ensure it remains the first choice for our Guests and Employees.

**HOW YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE EVERY DAY**

- Meet budgeted sales and profit goals by managing all aspects of the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement.

- Continuously analyze data and develop and implement plans to improve sales, profits, and the overall efficiency of restaurant service.

- Determine staffing needs and hire the right candidates for the appropriate positions.

- Ensure each shift is adequately staffed to guarantee consistent operations and high Guest satisfaction.

- Train Team Members and Managers on operations, policies, procedures, and Guest service.

- Identify and address complaints as well as violations of policy and procedure.

- Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees regarding their performance.

- Ensure the restaurant remains a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for both employees and Guests.

**YOU'VE GOT THIS?**

- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is preferred.

- Food Safety Certification is required.

- Over 2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).

- Basic math skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and general systems.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule and extended hours.
