Restaurant General Manager - Nocatee

M Shack is a quick service burger and milkshake restaurant operated by the Medure Brothers Culinary Concepts group.

We expanding with a new location in SilverLeaf and our current general manger will be opening the new location.  We need an experienced leader to take on the role at our thriving Nocatee location.  We are looking to grow our company and leadership team with positive, high-energy, enthusiastic, like-minded people who share our passion for Quality without Compromise and a culture of hospitality, kindness, respect, and care.


Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of restaurant experience as salaried manager 
• Superior guest-service skills coupled with financial acumen
• Knowledge of cleanliness procedures and ability to maintain the store
• Knowledge and implementation of safety procedures for your Team Members
• Good knowledge of premium liquor, wine, and craft beer
• A strong leadership personality with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop their team

Areas of Responsibility:

• Interview, hires, and ensures all employees receive proper training
• Develops team members through training, motivation, and mentorship
• Educates team members on safe work behaviors and maintains an environment that is safe both for guests and team members
• Ensures excellent guest service and restaurant is properly staffed to exceed guests’ expectations
• Supports execution of innovative and creative ideas that drive incremental sales and growth
• Supports company’s strategic plan including forecasting budget management, profit & loss accountability, cost control and inventories
