Restaurant General Manager

The Restaurant General Manager oversees daily operations within a quick-service restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and efficient team performance. This role manages a medium-sized team of 10-30 staff, focusing on maintaining high standards in service, quality, and inventory control. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the General Manager occasionally travels for meetings to align operational goals and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of 10-30 staff members to ensure operational efficiency
• Deliver outstanding customer service and handle guest inquiries and concerns
• Control inventory to minimize waste and maintain stock levels
• Develop and manage staff scheduling to optimize coverage and productivity
• Train new and existing staff to uphold company standards and processes
• Maintain quality control across all food and service areas

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management
• Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
• Strong skills in operations management and staff leadership
• Expertise in customer service, inventory control, and budgeting
• Effective conflict resolution and communication abilities
• Proficient problem solving and time management skills
