Position Overview:

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that every customer has a remarkable experience. You will lead and manage the team, drive operational excellence, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is an exceptional leader with strong problem-solving skills, a passion for great food, and a commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of associates to provide outstanding customer service.
• Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, food safety, and cleanliness.
• Monitor and maintain budget and financial controls, including labor and food costs.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety are met at all times.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Hire, train, and develop team members, creating a positive, high-energy work environment.
• Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through marketing, promotions, and customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain a positive and safe work environment for both team members and customers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a management or leadership role in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably in the quick-service or fast-casual industry.
• ServSafe Manager Certification (don't have it? We'll help you get there)
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, inventory control, and financial management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve performance goals.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
