We are seeking an experienced and hands on General Manager to lead a high volume, full service restaurant and bar. This role is ideal for a strong operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds high-performing teams, and knows how to create energy in the building that drives both guest experience and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations in a high-energy, high-volume restaurant and bar environment
- Lead, coach, and develop both management and hourly team members
- Maintain high standards across service, food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Drive top-line sales through local store marketing, community involvement, and in-house promotions
- Build and execute revenue-driving initiatives including events, live entertainment, and bar-focused programming
- Maximize beverage sales and overall guest spend through team training and execution
- Own financial performance including labor management, scheduling, and cost controls
- Maintain a strong, visible presence on the floor, especially during peak and late-night business
- Handle guest feedback and create an environment that builds loyalty and repeat visits
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant and bar environment
- Proven track record of driving sales growth in a high-volume setting
- Experience with bar operations, promotions, or entertainment-driven business is a plus
- Hands-on leadership style with a focus on team development and accountability
- Strong operational discipline and attention to detail
- Ability to balance guest experience with financial performance
