What You'll Do
- Lead all front- and back-of-house operations with a hands-on leadership style.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through impeccable service and attention to detail.
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing management and hourly team.
- Drive sales, profitability, labor, food & beverage costs, and overall P&L performance.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- Ensure compliance with all company, safety, and sanitation standards.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of General Manager experience in upscale, steakhouse, or fine dining restaurants.
- Strong P&L management and operational leadership experience.
- Proven ability to develop teams and create a culture of accountability.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Professional, hands-on leader with exceptional communication skills.
