Responsibilities include:

• Execute guest service and human resource objectives according to IHOP Standard Operating Procedures
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with employees and franchisee organization
• Manage restaurant floor, ensuring regular guest contact
• Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly
• Ensure compliance with SOP in areas like recruitment, training, operations, food safety, and security practices
• Supervise recruitment, training, workflow, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution
• Complete required reports and paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain personnel files with necessary documents
• Available to work days, nights, and weekends

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English
• Basic computer skills (Email, MS Excel, MS Word is a plus)
