General Managers support the company by hiring, communicating, training and providing on-going coaching to all crew members, as well as, maintaining a high level of customer service and providing a quality product in order to maintain and grow sales. They are also responsible for managing the store's financials, such as, food cost, labor repairs and maintenance etc.
