The Restaurant General Manager position at Big South Restaurant Group is a delicious opportunity for a talented individual to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Control daily operations of the restaurant
• Manage profitability and weekly inventories
• Conduct weekly manager meetings and write monthly reviews for assistants
• Oversee recruitment, selection, and development of employees
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws, including DHEC rules and alcohol laws

Requirements:

• 4+ years of restaurant management experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
• Flexible, results-driven, and detail-oriented

Physical Requirements:

• Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds
• Extended periods of time spent walking and/or standing
