Through strong leadership and operational excellence, we strive to make a lasting impact in every community we serve.\n \nThe Day-to-Day:\n \nBuild People Capability\n\n Lead with purpose, resolve conflicts, and drive results through others.\n Recruit and train top-tier talent to deliver outstanding customer experiences.\n Develop a robust bench of Managers and Team Members ready for growth.\n Provide clear direction, mentorship, and performance feedback for all team members.\n Be a culture champion by exemplifying Team Lyders' core values and principles.\n \nDeliver a Consistent Customer Experience\n\n Ensure timely and effective execution of all corporate and local initiatives.\n Foster a safe and welcoming environment for employees and customers.\n Oversee day-to-day operations, including labor scheduling, food supply management, and maintaining health and safety standards.\n Resolve customer issues and train team members to exceed service expectations.\n Leverage customer insights to elevate the guest experience.\n \nGrow the Brand, Sales, and Profits\n\n Manage Profit & Loss through cash control, inventory management, and labor optimization.\n Maintain facilities and equipment to brand standards through preventative maintenance plans.\n Monitor sales and operational performance, coaching the team to achieve growth targets.\n Develop and execute restaurant-specific Annual Operating Plans.\n \nIs this You?\n\n High School Diploma or GED minimum.\n 2-4 years of leadership experience in the QSR or retail environment, with P&L accountability.\n Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.\n Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in team building.\n Passion for delivering excellence in food quality, service, cleanliness, and operational speed.\n Proficient in basic business math and computer literacy.\n A dynamic, energetic, and proactive leader who drives results and inspires the team.\n Willingness to work a 50-hour workweek, including evenings, weekends, and extended shifts as required.\n \nPhysical Demands\n \nThe physical demands listed below represent the requirements necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:\n \nRegularly required to:\n\n Remain standing for long periods of time.\n Talk and hear, verbally expressing ideas and important instructions.\n Use hands and fingers to handle or feel; type, pick, pinch with fingers, seize, hold, grasp, or turn with hands.\n Perceive attributes of objects and materials, such as size, shape, temperature, or texture, by touch.\n \nFrequently required to:\n\n Walk about.\n Maintain balance while walking, standing, crouching, or running.\n Reach up and out with hands and arms.\n Lift and push/pull up to 40 pounds over a distance of 20 feet.\n \nOccasionally required to:\n\n Climb stairs or ladders.\n Twist the upper torso.\n Stand for long periods without a break.\n Stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.\n* Lift and push/pull up to 50 pounds over a distance of 15 feet.\n \nWork Environment\n \nThe employee is regularly exposed to both indoor and outdoor conditions with a moderate noise level.
