  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports to track financial performance.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to create and update menu offerings.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment for all employees.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or General Manager in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including budgeting and inventory management.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent is preferred.
