Restaurant Host/Hostess - Fall Season

The Host/Hostess at Bettini Restaurant is responsible for creating a warm, polished, and welcoming first impression for guests while providing exceptional service in a sophisticated fine-dining environment. This position manages reservations and seating, coordinates guest flow, communicates closely with the service team, and ensures every guest receives attentive and professional hospitality from arrival through departure.

Position Dates: September - December

Employee Housing: Shared employee housing is available at a subsidized fee. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests in a polite and professional manner and seat guests at appropriate tables in a timely manner
• Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow
• Assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
• Be able to cross-train in other hotel related areas.
• Other relative tasks assigned my Management. 

Desired Qualifications:

• High energy, exceptional customer service and ability to work as a team
• Strong verbal communication skills to be able serve guests and accurately follow instructions
• Commitment to work 40 hours per week
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include early morning, late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to repetitively stand, walk, bend, kneel, and ascend and descend stairs and lift over 20 pounds
• Authorized to work in the U.S. No J1 or H2B visa sponsorships available.
