primary responsibilities AND Duties

· Acknowledging and greeting customers entering Righteous Foods

· Maintaining rotation of tables for optimal customer service and reduce server burnout while avoiding double seating

· Staying knowledgeable of all reservations and reservation policy

· Facilitating To -Go Orders. Capturing Payments when needed.

· Assist servers in all customer service and table maintenance needs including

o Alerting Managers or GM any unsatisfactory customer service experiences

o Assisting Servers in Keeping restaurant appearance and food standards clean and sanitary

§ Patio and dining room sweeping, table cleaning of all food particles

§ Assisting in Shift set up and reset.

· Wiping Windows & Doors

· Vacuuming all rugs up front
