At SSP America, our Hosts are one of our most important customer service roles. Theyre experts at a few things, including:

• Making our guests days!
• Providing excellent customer service
• Processing orders quickly and accurately
• Maintaining cleanliness and service standards daily

As a Host, here are few things you can expect:

• Process orders and enter them accurately into the POS system.
• Receive payment from the customer and process change.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Ensure that the work area is clean throughout the day.
• Clean equipment and utensils, removes trash, sweep and mop work area, dust and clean.
• Other tasks as assigned
