Overview The Host is to create the finest experiences for our guest, provide exceptional service and create a connection with our guests with warmth, energy, teamwork and professionalism. Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity). Responsibilities Maintains a professional image. Maintains professional working relationships. Maintains proper phone etiquette. Gift card transactions Reservations management- OpenTable Performs reservations call-backs. Maintains host/hostess area/foyer clean/free of clutter. Enthusiastically engages guests upon arrival. Manages waiting guests. Designates table assignments. Escorts guest to assigned table. Notifies manager of unhappy guests. Inspects restrooms for cleanliness and maintains cleanliness standards. Bids farewell to departing guests. Performs assigned sidework duties. Assists mangers as directed. Qualifications Fluent in English Ability to use OpenTable system. Able to write orders and guests names Stands/walks during 6-8 hour shift Able to hear guest order and requests amidst loud, background noise.
