The Host is the first point of contact, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Reporting to the Front of House Manager, responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, managing waitlists and reservations, coordinating seating, and maintaining the entryway's cleanliness.
They provide accurate wait times, introduce guests to their tables and servers, assist with sanitization, and thank guests upon departure.
Qualifications include excellent communication skills, organizational ability, experience in customer service preferred, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to stand/walk all shift, present a professional appearance, and meet age requirements.
Compensation is $14 per hour.
