Restaurant Host

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and outgoing Host/Hostess to join our restaurant team!

• Must be 16 years of age or older

• Friendly, outgoing, and welcoming attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Organized and able to multitask
• Comfortable greeting and interacting with guests
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to remain calm and friendly during busy periods
• Strong communication skills
• Willing to help other team members when needed
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant
• Manage the seating of guests and maintain an organized waitlist
• Answer guest questions and provide information about the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and other staff
• Keep the host stand and surrounding areas clean and organized
• Monitor table availability and help maintain an efficient flow of guests
• Assist with menus, takeout orders, and other guest needs as necessary
• Provide a welcoming and positive experience for every guest
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
