NOW HIRING: Kitchen Manager / Executive Chef
Village Bowl & Social is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager / Chef to lead our busy kitchen operations in Menomonee Falls, WI.
This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional with strong leadership skills and banquet experience. Our full-service kitchen supports a sports bar & grill, league dining, catering, and three banquet halls hosting corporate events and private parties.
Compensation:
$60,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily kitchen operations for the restaurant and banquet facilities
• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate kitchen staff
• Execute banquet and event menus for groups of all sizes
• Control food costs, inventory, purchasing, and labor
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements
• Develop and improve menus, recipes, and kitchen procedures
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of kitchen management or executive chef experience
• Strong banquet and catering experience required!
• Proven ability to manage food costs and labor budgets
• Experience hiring, training, and leading kitchen teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
