Responsibilities:

• Cook, prepare, assemble, and plate food that meets Chick-fil-A standards.
• Handle food prep for both cold and hot menu items in the kitchen.
• Work across all back of house stations — including fries, breading, assembly, and boards — as needed.
• Keep back of house inventory stocked to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• No previous cooking or kitchen experience necessary — we'll train you.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and communicate effectively with the team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen while staying positive under pressure.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and hardworking.
• Able to communicate clearly with guests and teammates.
