Restaurant Leadership Development Program

Certified Trainer Team Leader Director

Pay: $16.50-$30.00 per hour

Compensation: $16.50-$30.00 per hour, based on experience, performance, and leadership progression. Full-time team members have the opportunity to earn up to $65,000 annually.

As you develop, you'll have the opportunity to advance through our leadership roles:

• Certified Trainer
• Team Leader
• Director

Each step provides additional leadership responsibilities, professional development, and opportunities for increased compensation.

What You'll Do

As part of our leadership team, you will:

• Lead shifts while creating an exceptional guest experience
• Coach, encourage, and develop Team Members
• Train new employees using Chick-fil-A standards
• Maintain excellence in food safety and food quality
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and inventory
• Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and hospitality
• Help identify and develop future leaders
• Lead teams of 25-35 Team Members during each shift
• Support an overall restaurant team of more than 100 Team Members
• Demonstrate servant leadership by putting people first

What We're Looking For

• Leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to motivate and develop others
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for serving others and creating remarkable guest experiences
• College degree preferred but not required
