- Must be fully capable of following the opening and closing procedures and understands the back-office procedures and computer applications as needed to effectively help run a shift
- Certified in Safety and Security to ensure the safety of the team
- Certified in Mobile and Chick-fil-A Online Ordering (catering)
- Certified in all training modules pertaining to their area of responsibility
- Adheres to all uniform standards
- Mandatory participation in assigned training
- Responsibility for training on and compliance with all food safety and labor laws
- ServSafe Certified
Prior experience as restaurant leader or manager preferred.
