Restaurant Leadership/Manager ($15–21/hr)

At Chick-fil-A Hialeah In-Line, our Leadership Team is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience while leading and developing a high-performing team. Shift Leaders set the standard for hospitality, food safety, operational excellence, and team culture. They coach others, solve problems in real time, ensure smooth restaurant operations, and lead by example in every area of the business.

Promotions into Shift Leader roles are based on consistent performance, demonstrated leadership, coachability, reliability, and availability, not tenure. Leadership Pay: Competitive compensation based on experience, performance, leadership responsibilities, and availability. All team members will begin at $15.00 - $17.00 per hour, depending on availability, with raises implemented at the time of promotion. Shift Leaders can earn up to $21.00 per hour.

Position Requirements

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including opening and/or closing shifts.
• Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must have strong availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be willing to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Must be comfortable coaching, holding others accountable, and making decisions under pressure.
• Must be willing to work outside for extended periods when business needs require.
• Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively with guests and team members.
