Restaurant Line Cook

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Mexican or Latin American cuisine and can work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and standards
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a line cook REQUIRED
• Experience with Mexican or Latin American cuisine REQUIRED
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Flexible availability (including nights and weekends)
