Canaan Chinese Cuisine is hiring Wok Line Cooks for our upcoming grand opening in Rolling Hills Estates! We value dedication, culinary consistency, and strong teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Chinese menu items consistently using proper wok techniques, heat control, timing, and seasoning.
Ensure all dishes meet established restaurant recipes, presentation, and quality standards.
Communicate clearly with expo, pantry, and line staff to maintain efficient ticket pacing.
Keep wok stations clean, organized, properly sanitized, and fully stocked throughout service.
Complete assigned opening, closing, restocking, and side-work duties.
Support other kitchen stations and perform other kitchen-related tasks as assigned.
