Position Summary

The Restaurant Manager partners with the Managing Partner to lead daily operations, develop team members, deliver exceptional hospitality, and achieve sales and profitability goals. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on people, performance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing team
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain employees
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Drive sales, profitability, labor, and food cost performance
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, safety, and company standards
• Complete operational, inventory, and administrative duties
• Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred
• Financial and operational management experience
• Passion for hospitality and team development
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
