We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant. Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop short and long-term goals and for the restaurant
Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
Create and maintain a food and beverage budget
Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events
Building a culture of genuine hospitality
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED
Previous restaurant management experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
