What You'll Do

•  Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. 
•  Maintain the highest standards of fine dining service. 
•  Coach, train, and motivate staff to continually improve performance. 
•  Ensure smooth daily operations while working closely with ownership. 
•  Help drive sales, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. 

What We're Looking For

•  Fine dining experience required both as server and bartender
•  Strong leadership and communication skills. 
•  Positive attitude with a hands-on management style, leading by example
•  Young, energetic, and ambitious professional with a desire to grow. 
•  Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Schedule

• 6 days per week 2PM to closing
• Approximately 50 hours per week
