Job Summary
The Café Manager is the heartbeat of Family Style Service-leading daily operations, inspiring a high‑performing team, and ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, seamless, and memorable dining experience. This role blends leadership, hospitality, and operational excellence, making you the driving force behind smooth shifts, satisfied guests, and a thriving café environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of hands‑on experience in a similar food outlet or supervisory role
- Valid Health Card and Alcohol Card (or local equivalent)
- Strong English communication skills for guest interaction and team leadership
- Basic math and computer proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism
