Hiring: Full-Service Restaurant Manager
Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 DOE

What You'll Do:
- Lead daily operations to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
- Manage, train, and inspire front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Oversee scheduling, inventory, and operational efficiencies.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solution-focused attitude.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to drive sales and achieve financial goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a full-service, high-volume setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- TABC Certified
- Passion for Tex-Mex cuisine and delivering unforgettable dining experiences.
