What You'll Do


Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

  • Create memorable dining experiences by anticipating guest needs and delivering personalized, genuine hospitality.
  • Build lasting relationships with guests through thoughtful service and attention to every detail.
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, urgency, and grace while consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Ensure every guest leaves feeling welcomed, appreciated, and eager to return.


Lead Flawless Fine Dining Service

  • Execute every service with precision, ensuring each shift reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
  • Coach and develop the team on flawless steps of service, tableside etiquette, wine presentation, menu knowledge, and professional guest interaction.
  • Maintain exceptional dining room presentation, cleanliness, ambiance, and attention to detail throughout every service.
  • Lead pre-shift meetings focused on service excellence, menu features, guest notes, and daily expectations.


Inspire and Develop the Team

  • Lead, mentor, and coach servers, bartenders, hosts, support staff, and supervisors to perform at the highest level.
  • Foster a culture built on accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide ongoing training that reinforces consistency, confidence, and exceptional hospitality.
  • Lead by example with a hands-on approach during every service.


Drive Operational Excellence

  • Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations, scheduling, staffing, and service execution.
  • Ensure seamless reservation management, efficient seating strategies, and personalized VIP guest experiences.
  • Maintain uncompromising standards for food quality, presentation, timing, cleanliness, and service consistency.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure every detail reflects the restaurant's commitment to excellence.


Support Business Performance

  • Help achieve financial goals through labor management, inventory oversight, cost control, and operational efficiency.
  • Support initiatives that increase guest satisfaction, repeat business, wine sales, and average guest check.
  • Monitor key performance metrics while maintaining exceptional hospitality standards.


Maintain Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with health, sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate operational documentation and uphold all company policies and procedures.


What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience in an upscale, luxury, or fine dining restaurant.
  • Proven success leading high-performing hospitality teams in a service-driven environment.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering extraordinary guest experiences.
  • Extensive knowledge of fine dining service standards, wine service, tableside presentation, and etiquette.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Outstanding communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional presence with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm, composed, and decisive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with POS systems, reservation platforms, and restaurant management software.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
