Restaurant Manager/Floor Manager

The Millburn Standard, NJ is currently seeking a full time Assistant Manager. Applicants can expect to work five shifts per week, working through dinner service and closing the restaurant.

The Assistant Manager directs all nightly operations of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, including supervising employees, closing the restaurant, ensuring all tasks are complete, and completing all shift summary reports.

An ideal candidate should be able to perform all restaurant positions, motivate and coach employees through the shift, and work as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks. Should be diligent and posess strong attention to detail, ensure an excellent customer experience, and make sure all products are consistent with company standards.
