We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our Zambrero restaurant in Florence.

About the Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations. You will set the standard for customer service, team culture, food quality, and financial performance while creating an environment where both guests and team members can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Manage hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, performance reviews, and employee relations
- Ensure food is prepared, presented, and served to Zambrero's high standards
- Order inventory and manage relationships with approved suppliers
- Complete administrative duties including cash handling, deposits, payroll, and reporting
- Monitor and manage profit and loss performance, budgets, food costs, and labor costs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including kitchen and dining areas
- Ensure compliance with food safety, security, and workplace health and safety standards
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold Zambrero's values and brand standards
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
