We're looking for an energetic, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As an Restaurant Manager, you'll help lead daily operations, coach team members, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting the General Manager.

LOCATION: 1 Arctic Avenue Folly Beach, SC

SALARY: $60,000 - 65,000 / per year (with annual bonus opportunities)

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and support front-of-house operations during each shift.
  • Coach, train, and motivate team members to provide outstanding guest service.
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Ensure food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and sanitation are maintained.
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory, labor management, and daily administrative tasks.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development.
  • Help drive sales, productivity, and overall restaurant performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent guest service and team-building abilities.
  • Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a high-volume environment.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
