Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection

As Restaurant Manager, you are at the heart of the guest experience, connecting the kitchen and service teams to create unforgettable dining moments. Together with the Chef, you delight guests with refined menus and inspiring wine pairings. Through your warm, professional approach and dedication to excellence, you ensure that every visit to Vermeer is memorable, encouraging guests to return time and time again.

Excellence begins with you - Your qualities

• You are passionate about hospitality and enjoy connecting with both local and international guests while staying on top of the latest culinary trends.
• You are creative, proactive, and enjoy bringing new ideas to life together with your team.
• You have at least 3 years of leadership experience in a fine dining restaurant and hold an MBO Level 4 Hotel Management degree or similar.
• You have a strong affinity for wine and hold relevant wine certifications.
• You have excellent organizational and communication skills.
• You have a good command of English; Dutch is a plus.
