Help lead day-to-day operations alongside the Store Manager.
Coach, motivate, and hype up the team during busy shifts.
Deliver fast, friendly guest service and ensure food quality standards are always on point.
Help drive sales, team performance, and overall store success.
Keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly.
Support hiring, training, and developing team members.
Jump in wherever needed — leaders here lead from the front.
