Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and develop employees
• Communicate job expectations and provide coaching
• Maintain a guest-first culture
• Ensure shifts are appropriately staffed
• Control costs to maximize profitability
• Execute marketing promotions and new product roll-outs

Skills and Qualifications:

• Fluent in English
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles
• High School diploma or equivalent
