Built on lava outcroppings, the award-winning Jack Nicklaus-signature golf course features ocean views on every hole. RESTAURANT MANAGER
The Four Seasons Resort Lna'i is looking for a Restaurant Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams' have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Restaurant Manager provides strategic leadership for all restaurant operations, driving exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial performance. This role leads and develops teams, fosters a culture of hospitality and accountability, and ensures the highest standards of quality, service, and profitability are consistently achieved. This role oversees daily outlet operations, while also supporting all other Food & Beverage venues for overall departmental success. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead and develop Food & Beverage managers and team members through recruitment, training, coaching, performance management, and succession planning ensuring alignment with company culture, service standards, and long-term business objectives
Oversee financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, labor management, purchasing, inventory control, and revenue generation initiatives to maximize profitability and operational efficiency
Partner with Culinary and Beverage leadership to develop menus, special offerings, and beverage programs that enhance quality, innovation, presentation, and guest satisfaction
Maintain a visible leadership presence within the operation, fostering guest relationships, recognizing team achievements, resolving guest concerns, and ensuring exceptional service experiences
Ensure compliance with company policies and all health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Promote effective communication and collaboration between front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations and consistent service excellence

WHAT TO BRING
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States (unless the candidate is currently in a managerial position at another Four Seasons location as they may qualify for a L-1 Visa sponsorship)
The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
Hawaii Driver's License and Abstract is required for this role
Hawaii Food Handler's Card and Hawaii Maui Liquor Card is required for this role
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
