We are looking for qualified Restaurant Managers who are passionate about hospitality to join our team!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delivers exemplary hospitality for internal and external guests.
- Understanding and execution of nightly financial reporting.
- Exceeds SNHD guidelines while maintaining a clean work environment.
- Fosters a positive work environment.
- Maintains healthy relationship with resort leadership.
- Effectively schedules line level staff to established pars.
- Cognizant of the importance of waste control and limiting breakage.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 2-years’ experience as a manager in full service, moderate to high volume restaurants.
- Proficient with computers (Microsoft Products), POS and technology.
- Strong interpersonal skills and financial acumen.
- Professional verbal and written communication with guests, employees, vendors, and ownership.
- Must have SNHD Manager Card up to date.
- Must have TAM card up to date.

Compensation: $50,000.00 per year
